What's this 22tracks I keep seeing...

As you may have gathered I've been a curator at music discovery platform 22tracks for most of 2014. Yet as I'm only getting things rolling on this site / blog I haven't mentioned it before. Make sure you check the site, download the app and all that sort of stuff. Basically I'll be updating a list of 22tracks on a weekly basis (when I can) to bring you my favourite Drum & Bass music.

Before They Pass Away

Before They Pass Away is a book that has been out for a while, but I'm writing about it now because I was given it as a present recently. It's truly an amazing bundle of photography and - dare I say it - one of the most important pieces of art I've seen in a long time. Photographer Jimmy Nelson documents some of the most remote and unique tribes on earth in their traditional attire. Tribes that are in danger of losing their cultural identity in this increasingly globalised world we live in. I urge you to check this out... before they pass away... LINK.
